| |
| a) |
Fees are non-refundable. |
| b) |
Monthly fees are due BEFORE the
1st of each month. |
| c) |
Fees paid on the 1st day of the
month are considered late & a $5 late charge will be added
to your monthly fee. |
| d) |
If payments are not received 2 days
after the 1st of each month and the office staff has not been
notified, the student will be dropped from the class. If you
call the office within the 2 days, your student can continue
in their class with the paid monthly fee including a $5.00 late
charge. |
| e) |
Students who are dropped for non-payment

a two week notice, students have the option of finishing out
the current month or stopping the date of the notice and NO
credit to their account or make-ups will be given. |

added to all returned checks. Checks will not be re-deposited.
Only cash will clear a returned check. |

BTB does not charge more for months
with five weeks. Those extra days of classes are traded for
the major holiday that BTB is closed (so no make-ups are given)
BTB is closed 1 to 2 weeks in December, 1 week in Spring, the
extended Thanksgiving weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and
July 4th. To keep the trade even, we remain OPEN for the President's

How
do I know what class is best for my child? |
|
| |
When inquiring about programs,
the receptionist will ask a series of questions that will assist placing
your child in the program/class best suited for his/her abilities,
age and level.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
If I
miss a class, can I make it up? |
|
| |
Make-up classes are to be
scheduled at the reception desk. All students receive ONE make-up
a month regardless of the reason. It can be for vacation, illness
or whatever. We will make every effort to put the student in a class
that is not over the ratio. If this is not possible, a make-up can
be given in a different department. For example a gymnast may take
their make-up in a Martial Arts, Dance, or Sign Language class etc.
This make-up opportunity EXPIRES ONE MONTH from the day missed.
A make-up class is forfeited if the office is not notified within
24 hours of the scheduled class or the scheduled make-up is missed.
