  My accomplishments and knowledge of the sport of gymnastics, experience with my sister Kathy who has Down Syndrome and is the
inspiration for Break the Barriers, 39 years of experience with Special Olympics, National and International Inclusion and Disability workshops and conferences. Since Break the Barriers' inception, I have been given a stewardship of influence in the world of inclusion.

  Barrier Breakers 1987-Present
  The Barrier Breakers are an integrated Performing Team of Break the Barriers. I created the team to use as the vehicle to bring inclusion awareness to the forefront of our nation and throughout the world. These performers walk the talk of total acceptance bringing hope, education, awareness and amazement to all audiences.

  Romania - Invited by the government and Children to Love International to assist them with their disability outreach. We performed for the President of Romania at the Parliament Palace.

  17 years with Joni Eareckson Tada's Family Retreats - Volunteer Short term missionary, Ability Awareness trainer/Coordinator and Co-Director of the camps - Mission Springs

  Co-Chair with husband Steve- Billy Graham Crusade Accessibility Committee- trained people to serve others who experience disabilities at the event and lead a team to put together a manual for the Billy Graham Crusade that was published and used internationally
